I believe that the core of yoga lies in connection; connection to one another; connection to the world around us through the breath; connection to the self, to your own power, body and divinity. To me, yoga is the practice of learning to make space. When you have space for yourself you can find space for others, space for community and compassion. I believe yoga is more than a physical practice, we practice yoga to open ourselves to the world around us and the world within us. My practice and classes are all taught with the intention of creating safe spaces to love ourselves, our planet and one another.


Yoga for the Soul

As a yoga instructor in the Portland area, my main goal is to lead others down the long path of discovery that yoga provides. Whether you want to move your body, reach spiritual growth, or be more present, I know you’ll benefit from my practice.

Since 2018 I’ve regularly practiced yoga, and having the chance to share all that I’ve learned along the way while connecting with students fills me with joy. I know yoga has helped me develop a community, sense of self, and loving compassion for the world around me.


Regularly practicing yoga has countless advantages, from increased focus to heightened flexibility. Have a look at the classes I teach throughout the week to see what fits your schedule and lifestyle. 


Birthday parties, group events, park hangs and more! Bring kids yoga to your event by visiting the bookings page. Each class is 30 minutes long for ages 2-5.


The Private Session allows you to dive deeper into your yoga practice with a flow tailored to you. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helping you reconnect and rejuvenate your body.
